We will endevor to refund your Pre-payment for our service in full; But we ask that the cancellation must be made within a 3 hour pre-appointment booking window for this to take affect.

We understand that life can get in the way so we will try to accommodate you by arrangement of another future appointment to replace the cancelled one, if you wish.
